当店のケーキは全て心をこめて手作りしております。アメリカの伝統菓子「ボストンクリームパイ」をはじめ、
パウンドケーキやクッキーなど、シンプルで素朴なケーキはコーヒーとの相性も抜群です。
また、トーストはこだわりの熟成方法により手間と時間をかけて焼き上げられたものです。アメリカンな厚さ、
アメリカンなテイストは朝食にもおススメです。
All of our cakes are homemade.We offer
Boston cream pie, an American traditional sweet,as well as
Pound cake, cookies, and a variety of other simple cakes that go well with our coffee.
Also, the breads used for our toast are made by a local bakery .
We recommend our toasts for breakfast,as they are American style in taste and size.
